West End Athletic Center to Hold Free Exercise Classes during MS Awareness Week
The American Family Fitness (Short Pump) will host special exercise classes all day on Monday, March 8th in honor of national MS Awareness Week (March 8-14, 2010).


RICHMOND, VA, February 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The classes will be free for American Family Fitness members, and non-members are asked to make a $20 donation to participate. All donations will benefit the MS Society.

What: Continuous exercise classes for members to create awareness of Multiple Sclerosis.
